Finding Time as a Photographer in Bryan-College Station
Photography is incredible. I love serving here in Bryan-College Station, but it can get busy. Running a photography and videography business makes time fly, which is great if you enjoy staying active. But for me, I sometimes lose sight of what truly matters.
Time with God is essential—I need it every day. He has blessed me with this business, and I’m beyond grateful. But my number one priority shouldn’t be my work; it should be Him. That doesn’t mean neglecting my craft or not putting in the effort, but when I start pouring all my time and energy into photography, videography, and business, that’s when I get off track.
There’s no good excuse for skipping time with God. I’m thankful that He meets us where we are, and even when we fall short, He’s still with us. This is just a reminder—your work matters, but don’t let anything take priority over the most important relationship you have: the one with your Creator. I wouldn’t be doing photography if it weren’t for Him. So, praise God and keep going.
